I believe that eating isn't just about feeding your body. It's about nourishing the soul, too. And life is too short for mediocre soul food. I make sure every dish that I serve satisfies your entire being and fits your expectations and diet. Crispy, savory, sweet, juicy, satisfying. Whatever you crave for is what I want to serve.
The idea of turning into a "wandering Chef" was born after a major hurricane that hit our island in September 2017 (Irma) and destroyed my restaurant in Grand-Case. Working from anywhere you need and always reinventing myself to create the recipes you are expecting was a new & exciting challenge for me.
