Food has always been a passion and huge part of my life.
I have studied the hospitality industry and practiced cooking ever since : in first class restaurants in France, onboard boats... And here in St. Martin.
Since 1999, I have owned my restaurant in the village of Grand-Case in Saint-Martin, Le Pressoir. What a journey it was!
In 2016 and 2017, as hard work combined with passion always pay off, we received the price of "best Chef and best restaurant of the Caribbean" by the Carib Journal in Miami.
Before getting in the kitchen (mine or yours) to cook for you, I always make sure I fully understand your tastes and needs. No matter what type of Chef service you need from me, meeting your expectations and working with the best products is my priority.
